We are a family company founded in 1973 on its second generation, whose main active are the technical staff we employ, with ample, proven experience in metallic industrialised building and modular architecture. We endeavour in local and international projects from our headquarters in Madrid, our own production centre in Fuenlabrada and a sales delegation in Málaga city. Our advanced production and construction techniques, together with the quality and durability of our materials and accessories, enable us to adapt our installations to any type of building.

We are part of GT Holding, which provides a solid and financially sound financial structure that facilitates undertaking the necessary investments for our growth, as well as providing viability and sustainability for our projects.

Looking into the industrialised, prefabricated, modular construction, our business lines are, specifically, the following ones: firstly, turnkey preindustrialised modular architecture; secondly, construction of deployable and removable industrial facilities; then design, production and installation of self storage facilities (storage units); in fourth place marketing, for let or sale, of standardised products (attachable modules, gatehouses, security containers, monoblock toilets, ecologic toilets); and lastly civil engineering, both auxiliary prefabricated facilities and traditional projects (REA Registry).

Independently of the qualities and finish our client may demand, we are able to install an full office or covered parking solution in a few days; a modular building or prefabricated deployable industrial facility within weeks; and in just two or three months a complete school or a restaurant. Considering the uncertainties of the future, we reduce the initial investment required by the client while at the same time enabling them to grow as new needs arise later on.

We encompass three main areas of work: industrialised modular construction, setting up of deployable industrial sites, and self storage.

Our industrialised and modular solutions offer maximum adaptability and customisation for every project, creating unique design spaces. Using our in-house produced modules in different sizes as base, we can adapt to every possible configuration by fitting them horizontally or piling them up in a vertical. We achieve really original finishes and appearance by using roofing, perimeter plating and covering with and without volume. If we talk about insulation and finish, the quality is equal to that of traditional construction.

Any and all of our solutions can be bought or rented, establishing an optional purchase option. We can also advice on the possibility of leasing the facilities.

Modulnor’s unfoldable industrial hall is a product fully conceptualised, designed and produced by Modular Normalizada SL since 1979. After building more than 300, we can say that the production and finish process has never ceased to improve.
